Credit Score Range

 

The credit score range is based on Vantage score and FICO score. Vantage Score ranges from 501 to 990. Vantage Score assigns a letter grade to its credit score depending on where it falls within the range. The ranges 901-990 is considered as A called as Super Prime, range 801-900 is B and called as Prime Plus, range 701-800 is C and called as Prime, range 601-700 is D and called as Non-Prime and the range 501-600 is F and called as High Risk. The FICO score ranges from 300 to 850 and there is a formula for calculating the score and it shows the breakdown of the credit score.35 percent of the score is based on your payment history. 30 percent of the score is based on outstanding debt. 15 percent of the score is based on the length of time you have had credit.10 percent of the score is based on new credit. 10 percent of the score is based on the types of credit you currently have.
